AID/DROP BAGS
The Hidden Creek bridge is open for the 2010 race!

  • Please label your drop bag with your name and bib # (your bib # is the same as your number on the entrants list).
  • Drop bags will be taken to the turnaround/halfway point.  They will be returned to the Start/Finish at approx. 12:30 p.m.
  • Aid station will be at halfway/turnaround point.  Aid stations will have: HEED, Hammer Gel, fruit, granola bars, chips/crackers, gummis, water, bagels, etc.
  • There will be a water-only aid station at the Baker Lake Trail trailhead (mile ~1.5 and mile ~30).
  • There will be "the usual" Subway, chips and drinks at the finish line.
  • Because our Forest Service permit states we may only have so many people on the trail, crews/family members/friends of runners are asked not to be on the Baker Lake Trail.  You may however meet your runner at the halfway/turnaround point (Forest Service permit required). See "Directions" page for driving directions to the halfway/turnaround point.
  • We LOVE our volunteers!  If you would like to volunteer at the aid station or at the start/finish line, please email Shawn at bakerlake50k@yahoo.com.
